W/F City of Norwich 3/10/07

On 3/10/07 the City of Norwich was dispatched to 23 Whitaker Ave for a kitchen fire. Upon arrival of the first due report working fire with the interior fully involved with possible entrapment of a baby on the second floor. One firefighter was injured on the roof and unknown on the entrapment. Fast team was on scene and released shortly there after. Norwich units stayed on scene for overhaul.
